On a beautiful summer evening, we were delighted to welcome Tom Tugendhat, MP for Tonbridge and Malling to Maidstone and the Weald for an evening of debate by the riverside. It was a fantastic evening, discussing Conservative values, policy and ideas around social mobility.

Education Minister visits Maidstone

We were pleased to welcome the Secretary of State for Education, Damian Hinds MP, to Maidstone on Thursday 7th May.  He spent time touring a local school, as well as meeting with activists and candidates for the upcoming local Borough Council elections.

It was wonderful to welcome James Brokenshire MP to Maidstone and the Weald on Friday 14th December.  An evening reception, hosted by Helen Grant MP, at the wonderful venue of Smiths Hall, was attended by many members and supporters.
